Who Should Attend?
Ideal for late beginners and advanced players alike, this webinar will provide valuable insights and strategies to help you maximize your practice sessions and achieve your musical goals. Range does play a role here, so look below to see how you will benefit from this workshop:
- Trumpet players with a usable range of low G flat to A above the staff will be able to play a large portion of the book. G also works very well! This range is ideal for playing out of the Arban, but others can benefit too.
- Trumpet players who can comfortably play an E (mi) in the fourth space of the staff will benefit most from the "My First Arban" book (we will cover this!) in preparation for the standard Arban Method. Seeing what's ahead in the standard book is also extremely beneficial for motivation!
- Those with a range of up to C (do) in the third space can benefit from the "My First Arban" book. Although this range is too low to play out of the standard Arban Method, I highly recommend learning about how the Arban works to be prepared for the future.
I DO NOT recommend this workshop for absolute beginners. If you’ve only been playing the trumpet a few months this workshop will be too difficult for you. However, you are still welcome to attend if you want to learn about what’s ahead.

Who teaches this workshop?
My name is Estela Aragon (M.Mus) and I am a Trumpet Education Specialist and Consultant. In a nutshell, I am a Denis Wick Artist, CEO and Founder of Trumpet Headquarters and MusicFit Academy. The trumpet is my sole focus as I dedicate all my time to teaching it. My trumpet educational resources have been reviewed and praised by the International Trumpet Guild journal (October 2022 issue), and I have judged both national and international competitions.
